Open procedure pursuant to Art. 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, aimed at the execution of a framework agreement—in accordance with Art. 59 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023—with a duration of two years, concerning on-demand services of indeterminate quantity for dry-docking, washing, tank cleaning, and painting required to restore the operational efficiency of Italian Navy vessels, as well as those of public and private shipowners, undergoing maintenance work at the Messina Military Arsenal.
