The Object Of The Contract Is The Award Of An Installation And The Supply Of A Biomass Boiler And Network That Feeds The Sports Technology Center Of Avellaneda. The Award Will Be Carried Out Through A Global And Integrated Action That Also Includes The Supply Of Thermal Energy, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of The New Installation And Energy Management Of The Buildings. The Global And Integrated Action That Is The Subject Of This Contract Includes The Following Services: Service P1 - Supply Of Thermal Energy Supply Of Thermal Energy From The Corresponding Fuels (Chips From Local And Sustainable Forest Management And/Or Other Biomass Fuels) And Management Of The Supply Of Fuels To Power The Building'S Thermal Installations, Quality Control, Quantity, Use, And Supply Guarantees For The Biomass Boiler. Benefit 2 – Preventive Maintenance. Preventive Maintenance To Achieve The Perfect Operation And Cleaning Of The Totality Of The Installations With All Their Components, As Well As To Achieve The Permanence Over Time Of The Performance Of The Installations And Of All Its Components At The Initial Value. Normative And Preventive Maintenance Will Also Be Carried Out On The Non-Renewable Fuel Boilers Installed In The Center Where Thermal Energy Is Supplied So That They Come Into Operation Automatically (Depending On The Project) In The Event Of Failure Of The Biomass Boiler. Service P3 – Corrective Maintenance And Total Guarantee: Repair With Replacement Of All Damaged Elements In The Facilities As Regulated In The Technical Specifications Under The Total Guarantee Modality. Service P4 – Adaptation And Renovation Of Facilities And Incorporation Of Renewable Energy Technology (Biomass Installation)
