Sumar'S Purpose Is, Among Others, The Execution And Management Of Social Services And Activities, Assistance, Preventive, Teaching, Research And Coordination In The Field Of Social Services. It Operates On A Non-Profit Basis, Reinvesting The Surpluses It Generates In More And/Or Better Social Services To Achieve Greater Effectiveness And Efficiency In The Management Of Social Services. At The Same Time, Sumar Is An Instrument Of The Local World That Responds To Social Needs, Seeking The Balance Between Social And Economic Profitability. Based On Its Corporate Values, Social Innovation, Social Profitability And Culture Of Detail, It Takes Advantage Of Synergies And Shares Services Between The Different Administrations. It Develops Quality And Proximity Social Services In The Local World And Offers Innovative, Planning And Management Solutions To Local Governments, Establishing Cooperation Frameworks With Third Social Sector Entities And Local Administrations Themselves.
