The Object Of The Contract Will Consist Of The Provision Of The Service Of Collection, Capture, Transfer, Assistance, Reception And Adoption Of Companion Animals (Domestic And Wild In Captivity), Abandoned, Lost Or Rescued In Sant Andreu De La Barca, Within The Framework Of Law 7/2023, Of March 28, On The Protection Of The Rights And Welfare Of Animals. Also Subject To This Contract Are The Collection And Disposal Service Of Pet Animals (Domestic And Wild In Captivity) That Have Died On Public Roads And Other Possible Interventions In Which These Animals Are Involved And In Which The City Council Provides For Reasons Of Hygiene, Salubrity, Security And Public Tranquility. Its Characteristics Are Those Established In The Technical Specifications (Ppt).
