notice_summary_english: The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment and supplies along with computerization infrastructure as part of the implementation of the project titled: "Equipping the Provincial Hospital in Kielce with medical equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with oncological diseases" for the Central Sterilization Department, i.e.:
The procedure is divided into three packages within which Contractors may submit separate offers, i.e.:
Package 1 - Delivery of cleaning and hygiene equipment for the Central Sterilization Room 
– 1 set
Package 2 - Delivery of equipment and technological equipment and devices for the Central Sterilization Plant - 1 set
Package 3 - Delivery and implementation of IT infrastructure, including a system for managing the circulation of sterile material for the Central Sterilization Plant - 1 set.
The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle, in accordance with Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This rule applies in connection with the financing of the contract under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).
The DNSH principle means that at no stage of the order execution - from production, through delivery, use, to possible disposal - can there be any serious harm to EU environmental objectives, i.e.:
1. Mitigating climate change,
2. Adaptation to climate change,
3. Sustainable management of water and marine resources,
4. Circular economy (circular economy),
5. Pollution prevention and control,
6. Protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
